What's therapy, psychiatric evaluations like?

I went in for my first visit this past Monday, and I'm going in for individual therapy this upcoming Monday. What's that like?


And I have a psychiatric evaluation on the 20th. What are those like? How long does it take?

I have my first theraphy session a week from today. I am wondering too.
I have just decided today I want a diagnoses for AS or something else because I was probably missdiagnosed back in school.
