hi there
just thought i would post this while i am in the mood for posting, before i discoverd aspy i discoverd i had a milk alergy
and what evers in margerine, i see the two are related but my symptons are realy weird and i have never heard of them before
so i think its important to post it in case others are suffering with the same symptons. when i was a child i could not walk on my heels
it was to pianfull. i was told i had flat feet and will just have to put up with it, well after 40 years of pain when walking, i was skint one day
and decided to get powderd milk over the next few days i realised my heel pain was gone. wow i can runn, jump, hop, skip, stamp my feet
there isnt a word that can describe how i feel,
but if you have an unuasal pain some were it might well be a milk allergy give cows products an margerine a miss for a week
and see what happens :D

My lil sister had something similar. She had to drink goats milk growing up. She did seem to grow out of it by about 15 though...

Try goats milk and see if it's ok with your body, since you do kinda need stuff in milk.

There have actually been links made between autism and lactose intolerance.

I was lactose intolerant as a small child, and so I drank soy milk and goat's milk. I'm able to drink regular (i.e. cow's) milk now, although if I over-indulge I can become quite ill.

I wasn't born with a milk intolerance, but for the past several years I've had somach issues and I've come to realize that's what it is. It hasn't fixed all my stomach issues but it's cut them down significantly.

I have a diary intolerance. The very sight of one makes me shudder. In fact, I can't stand the sight of journals or logbooks either.

Well don't eat margarine because it's just plain bad for you.

And I'm really not sure of the rest of your post. Powdered milk made you feel better? That wouldn't be the case if you have a milk allergy or are lactose intolerant (which are 2 different conditions btw).

yes i agree about the powderd milk and the marg, i use goats milk now but when i first stopped using cows milk and whent on to powderd
my heel pains totaly went, which is how i discoverd i have an intoalance to cows milk. i was allso at the time using some low fat marg
so i figure it must of been a smaller dose of wat ever disagrees with me. the odd thing is i can have a small amount of cows milk in me tea
or a sarny with marg and allmost instantly my heels give me pain. no doubt there is other side effects i have i just havent recognised them yet.
using powderd milk never made me feel better it just got rid of the pain. not using cows milk allso seems to have reduced my dizzy head feelings. using cows milk or eating marg gives me so much pain i find it very hard to walk and all my life i have had to avoid alot of activitys becaus of it. now i dont use milk or marg and most diary prods i can walk run hop skip an jump if thats not an intolarance then i dont know what is. like i say i have posted this incase there is some one ellse out there with the same symptoms caus its not very nice and has allmost been like a disability .
