Yes, I read a scientific report that was clear about the dossis. It was 0.5mg per day when most comercial pills comes in 3mg. But there are no conclusions about long therm effects, as usual.. they never do advise... then you see the product banned and still no long therm effects... they don't want to pay in the court. Maybe you could use it eventually if you have a crisis. I don't know.
