My toe walking and hoppy-stims gave me a bad ankle. >_< In addition, I still toe walk and stim on my dominant foot, the one with a bad ankle. I can't stop, and it feels unnatural to walk on flat feet.

I hear you. I recently braided and twisted my short hair so much that I gave myself an inflamed deltiod tendon. (That's the part of your shoulder that holds your arm above your head. Now I stim with my arm propped up by a pillow. Hopefully, it will heal soon!

Could you try wearing wedge-heeled shoes? You would have support under your entire foot, but be in a bit of a toe walking position. (I toe walk a lot!) :D
