I've heard comments like e-mail her/letter saying you are sorry but I kind of don't want to but subconciously she's in my dreams!! !! AHHHHHHH! Any tips fellow Aspies??

It might be bad to write an email anyway. If they think you were really threatening her, then emailing her could seem a bit on the stalkerish side (from their point of view, obviously, not yours).

If I had a dream that was telling me to do something, and I ignored it, and it kept coming back, I would do what it is telling me to do.

Not a good idea to put anything into writing. It can be used against you later. Anything spoken just falls on the ground and nobody can be certain just exactly what was said, but you really have to be careful with written communication because it is archival if someone wants it to be!

I almost got suspended for a joke threat...I was wired to this thing to record my heartrate etc., with all these electrodes under my shirt. The attendance officer asked me why I was late to school and I lifted the shirt, showing her the apparatus, and told her if she said one more word I would blow us all up. It was not as funny as I thought it would be.
ANYWAY...my best advice is to spend the time right before you go to bed occupied with something else that will stick in your head, like a television show or a book, or music, whatever you like. Though this has led to fictional characters haunting my dreams.

talk to another psychiatrist/ologist about it. Confronting her would not be a good idea.

I have recurring dreams with someone who I used to be friends with (we had an awful falling out; I tried to reproach them, but it was to no avail; last I heard, he's been having it out with mutual acquaintances who're discovering the very damaging side of him I last knew). The relationship wasn't romantic, but every time one of these subconscious meetings occurs, I can't help but make out the sentiment to be like the meaning behind John Mayer's "Dreaming With A Broken Heart"

Quote:
When you're dreaming with a broken heart
The waking up is the hardest part
You roll outta bed and down on your knees
And for the moment you can hardly breathe
Wondering was she really here?

Is she standing in my room?
No she's not, 'cause she's gone, gone, gone, gone, gone....

When you're dreaming with a broken heart
The giving up is the hardest part
She takes you in with your crying eyes
Then all at once you have to say goodbye
Wondering could you stay my love?...

Dreams don't bother me. Even nightmares only bother me while I'm having them. Once I wake up and figure it out I find the nightmares fascinating and I write them down. I would take no action. But that's me.
