I remember when I was in my early teens or maybe even younger, I gave some thoguht to the phrase 'and they lived happily ever after'. The immediate thought that came to my head was 'OK, but what about the next day?' I guess i always had this pessimistic veiw of happiness. I mean, I have met women and been really happy for a period of time and it seems like you'll never lose that feeling, but you always do; or maybe WE always do. I guess I never believed the Disney lie of 'happily even after'. Love fades, passion dies, relationships become routine and even bothersome. The only thing constant is me.

Any thoughts on this thought?

very melancholy when i dont get enough sleep :(

Well, I guess I'm happy for you. I'm glad you decided to cope with us.

You need to always keep variety in your relationship, like maybe adding a little S&M.

I had thought about that before, but I like to have my hands free to grab and squeeze.
I'm not completely pessimistic thoguh. I see couples that have been together thier whole lives and are still happy.; always amazes me. I just know that its not gonna happen to me. And the more I've thought about it overs the years, the more it doesn't really matter to me anyway. it's enough to just have a couple friends to hang out with when the mood hits.

Yeh, the S&M was just a thought, not really my thing either. But I know what you mean, also sometimes it's hard to even get to the boredom phase.
