.........for thirty years has given me liver damage. I started early teens, 12 or 13 probably with occasional problems with sneezing. I liked the drowsiness - it made me less sensitive to those around me. I also developed 'tunnel vision' to cut off any potential eye contact which would hardly be positive in its outcome - just another occasion to take the piss and ridicule me. Sound familiar?School shd be fun not the ordeal it was for me.

By late teens I wouldn't go anywhere without at least one and for twenty years at least used beer and two piiton ant-histamine to get to sleep. I'm fifty now, four years ago after an 'incident' decidedto jack them in. They now give me a sore stomach and I detest the effect.

Holy crap, antihistamines can give you liver damage?
I had no idea. I thought taking a benadryl to help me sleep was okay.
Are you taking straight diphenhydramine HcL, diphenhydramine HcL plus acetaminophen, or something else?
