State of Alabama Autism Council seeks ASD members
I'm a father of four young children. Two are NT and two are autistic. WP is a great website. I received the information below through an email today. I decided to post the information on this website. The State of Alabama is forming an Autism Council and they need ASD members. If you live in Alabama, contact Tracey Battaglia and inform her that you want to be a member of the Autism Council. Her email address and phone number is listed below.
From Tracey Battaglia:
Representative Cam Ward is asking if anyone knows of an adult with Autism Spectrum Disorder that would be willing to serve on the Autism Council. Please forward any information to me. Governor Riley will appoint 3 adults to serve on this Council and he has asked for Rep. Ward’s assistance in these appointments. Thank you very much for your help. Please let me know immediately. No other appointments can be made until Governor Riley has made all of his appointments.
