It would be impossible to explain how that's possible, but it is. I'm sad because I know I'm not doing this well. I don't know why I can't make a connection with people. I know it's something I'm doing but I don't know what it is. Since I can't figure it out, it's best that I not torture myself trying. When I can collect myself better maybe I can come back and try again.

Frankly, I agree. If you're stressed I've found it's best to reconnoiter anyway, since a) you're tired, and b) you might actually benefit, knowledge and morale-wise, if you make a connection and realize something useful.

Sorry you're bummed.

Don't be intimidated- you're in the right place, and we understand. Some of us are here because there's no way we could talk to people outside WP. You can come here & say hello and/or nothing nothing nothing if you want and we'll listen.

You can work on it. My uncle told me today most people in my family think I'm hopeless when it comes to social/people skills, but he sees me improving in this area everyday.

Maybe you're searching for the wrong type of connection? To find the path that works for you as an individual can be tiresome, but it's possible.
