What are you people doing up so early that I can't get in to WrongPlanet?
What's so different about right now?

For me, it's just another day. I just woke up because I woke up, nothing to do with the holiday.

Tahitiii- there are people all over the world who use this site, so 7:30 for you might be 1:30 to someone else.

Why is it you people got labor day on September 1st instead of May 1st ?

Well I NORMALLY call it a morning on WP by 7:50, so I AM on an hour late. Then again, I started late. But, as Sedaka said, that isn't statistically meaningful. NOT EVEN for ME!

Maybe its all of us Aussies and Brits overloading the site. It's about lunchtime in the UK and its late evening in Australia. I'd guess its mid afternoon in Western Europe too.

Because May Day is to closely linked to the many Socialist and Labour parties around the Globe, so during the McCarthyist era, no connection to such a day could be contemplated
