I stopped taking my pills because I want to have a baby. The reason I stopped is because the doctor told me it's not safe to take them while pregnant because it can cause birth defects.

So I stopped taking them but had to take half of the pill for two weeks.
I had troubles sleeping for the first two nights without them and now I am able to sleep again. Butt I don't get tired as easily at night like I used to. but the thing I have noticed is, it seems like I have been clumsy. I feel I am about to fall down so I am always catching myself from falling, when i get on the bus and the bus driver starts to drive before I even sit down, it feels I am about to fall but I am able to catch myself. I am also bumping my toes into things more often instead of sometimes.

I don't know if me being more clumsy is all in my head or I had just became more aware of it or something else is causing it.

Can stop taking pills make you more clumsy?

i am sure that can happen, when i first started taking my epilepsy medication i became clumsy until my body became used to it, so i guess that could happen stopping too.

Yes, I went off an antidepressant med once and became but quite dizzy and clumsy, but fortunately those symptoms did eventually fade away. Good luck and all the best to you and your mate.

If they're pills that effect your autism, then yes. Because clumsiness is symptomatic, so not taking your medication to prevent it would directly lead to that.
