by some reason i used to get them very much now i get em not so much anymore but when i whas like 8-15 i got em lots of times like 3 times a day maybe even more and then i really have the feeling that ive been true that moment before is it anything related till the spectrum? because really no on els has them or atleast not that much

I get those occasionally, but I don't think it's an AS thing.
