A little hoarse

Ive been sick for a little over a week....everyone keeps saying "you sound a little hoarse" and I crack up. I cant help it, I just see this little HORSE in my head...hes really cute. Im so childish. Tell me Im not the only one that finds these kinds of things funny???? LOL

Sorry about my earlier statement. I guess I should have read farther. Yeah, I have had the same thing, imagining animals and getting a kick out of them.

Gosh, I really enjoy people who first correct you to try and make you feel small and stupid and then further this by insulting you with sarcasm.

I am sorry you were sick, I hope you are better. You know its so funny, I have this strong memory back from when I was 4, I was hoarse and my mom said "horsey" so I remember thinking about a horse. And even today I see it too if someone says 'someone sounds hoarse".

I ***REALLY*** hope you don't think I meant to make you feel small or insult you, OR that I was being sarcastic. None of that is the case. HEY, I recently found out that 2 coworkers didn't know who rube goldberg was!

Maybe THEY thought I was trying to make THEM feel small. I was simply remarking at other things being overly complicated, like rube goldberg. My point is that I was SHOCKED that people even older than I was didn't know. I thought he was FAMOUS!

Perhaps I am just accustom to being attacked and or made fun of when I am being silly. Im sorry to accuse you of such. I also did not know who Rube Goldberg was until now.
