Self altering of your mind can take a while, but is not hard to do. Actually, our minds are very easily warped and changed, and there are certain things that our mind has no protection from, such as micro/radio/super sonic waves for example. Experimenting with certain sound waves can be an interesting experience I have found. But anyway, try this: do something, and tell yourself later that it did not happen. Every time you begin to think it did happen, immediately tell yourself it did not. After a while, you will truely believe it did not happen. If you use this the right way, it can help your problem. Think about it, use your imagination.
