This question is for anyone who is on/has been on the gfcf (gluten free casein free) diet. What did you do about eating soy? For those who found the diet helpful, did you guys occasionally eat things with soy in them?

I eliminated soy from my diet since it contains trypsin inhibitors, phytic acid, nitrosamines (a carcinogen) and other toxins.

Has the GFCF diet helped you?

I'm on the paleolithic diet which is GFCF. My doctor said the gluten and casein causes enteritis which creates discomfort and confusion, but I haven't been on it long enough to tell if it is helping. So for it has helped me in other ways - my resting heart rate has gone down and my gut has improved.
