I click the Chatroom button and get a server error

Anyone know what I need to type to get it to work?

And can someone please fix the link so it goes directly to chat.

The chat room is actually easy if you have an IRC client like mIRC or XChat. First, bring up your server list. You should see a list of networks. The one you want to select would be FreeNode.net (well, actually freenode.net). There are oh, at least 15 servers on that network. Pick one from the list, it should work. When you connect, just type /join #wrongplanet and viola, you're in! Be sure to tell everybody that MrCoffee says "hi".

It appears that something or rather to do with the host has changed, and the web applet hasn't followed suit.

I'm sure it could be fixed fairly easily by whomever set it up in the first place.
