Frustration?

I'm currently doing my Speaking and Listening GSCE Coursework, and I was trying to explain to someone my title and what I was trying to do.
I had an extremely hard time getting out what I was saying, and the more I got frustrated, the more I'd forget?
I know it's an Autie/Aspie thing, so I was wondering what you do to try and get the words out?

I get this often. Sadly, all I do is keep trying to remember, which is not always easy.
