Well, you can always pull over. Anxiety's temporary.

I guess that means you do have to plan some time into your trips, in case you get one, so you aren't late.

Are you getting any counseling? Sometimes you need a bit more than medication. I never went on medication, but developed a new way of thinking from my psychologist and a very helpful video about social phobia.

2008 was hard for me too. I finally stopped hurting about my father's death but went through a break up, so the depressing feelings came back. To top that all off I had severe social anxiety.

People DO tend to get depressed during depressions. :cry:
