1 in 160 in Australia (ages 6-12). That counts all Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Sweden:
Asperger: at least 4/1000
PDD-NOS: at least 2/1000
Classical/Kanner: about 1.3/1000

So 0.6% of the population / 1 in 165

And isn't it obvious why the rate of diagnosis has increased?
