I lost my wallet once every yr in college and never canceled it . the first time I got a call from lost and found a while after I lost it. the other times it was mailed to me. ive also sometimes found it right by my car. today i drove to my eye appt w/out it. was more late than I should've been cuz I was lookin at it turns out i was in my shirt pocket. I remember I took off work cause I couldn't find my glasses. should've had spares handy. anyway i never found it. it's happened quite a bit. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x

on the plus side it seemed like i'd actually clean my ridiculously messy room today.

Why? Did you find a wallet with money in it? It's mine...

Unfortunately. Need a device that tracks tagged posessions. (Probably on sale somewhere.) *Chirp. Your glasses are in the wash basket... fool.

I lose everything (eventually find them most of the times) seriously!

Keys (mine and then when I can't find those and use mums, hers too!)
remote controls
wallet
rent/gas/water/bank cards
money
recharger for walkman (had to buy a new one and am now afraid to tell dad I've lost that one too!)

....my mind!

I've probably lost other things, but at the moment I can't remember them...which is probably why their lost!

Have you actively sought not to loose an object (must not let go of key) checked upon returning home, it is not possible! GONE. WHYYYYYYYY. Madening. My brother (ADD) does not have this sort of issue. Distracted by tasks 'the endless tasks!'

I would lose my wallet if it was not tethered to me by a chain. It broke though so now I have to use a purse. I keep it in my bag, if not I would lose it. I remember almost leaving it in a employers offie after a job interview and leaving it on a seat at the train station.
I misplace my glasses often.
I usually leave my keys in the front door.
Although I'm not as bad as my mum.
She has about 10 keys on one key ring and loses them almost every morning.
I found them in the sink once.
I'm very good at finding her missing keys.
These days I just wander into my room and tell her to find them herself.

All the time, in fact I only wear glasses when I drive at night. I thought I lost them, and just discovered that it was hidden under the driver's seat

As a kid I used to lose my golves to my mum attached string to them, then I lose them and the string!-Till this day she can't work out how I did it.

I also used to lose school ties and shoelaces!

I wonder if I may be unknowingly attached to some new breed of black hole?

My husband used to laugh at me for having a place for everything and always putting things in their place
but it really works for me.
As long as I put things where they belong, I never mislay them. I know exactly where they are. Put away.

Back in college i lost my wallet, it had everything in it, Health card, Social insurance number, all the important stuff. A month later, i lost my wallet again, and the following day my new Social insurance number and health card came in the mail. I got lucky :P

But yeah, i lose everything as well, ive been looking around my apartment for an audio cable that seems to have went missing. Funny thing is i know where it was before i cleaned, but like always, when i clean is the time things go missing most.

I don't lose my wallet, but I lose everything else... especially pens. I could start a pen shop with all the pens I've lost this year.

yes, losing such things goes in my family. you have no idea how many times my dad would "lose" me and my brother when we were kids... I leave my dog chained under shops regularily and have him brought back by local kids before I've even noticed that something was missing

the thing that I lose the most is remote control though, I always wander around the house with it, then put it somewhere without noticing. it takes hours to find it afterwards.

I also drop things constantly, when I walk somewhere and start daydreaming I will most likely drop whatever it is I'm carying and just keep on walking.

I lose my glasses a lot. Mostly because I take them off, and then can't see where I put them...

I lose my glasses every morning and I need my wife to find it for me. When she is not around I have a meltdown. Last month I bought one backup for these days...
