I'm getting tested for asperger's (adult) in January. Just wondering, what will they do? I know there are questions or something but are there things like in the IQ test (which I had years ago) or other tasks I'll have to do. I'd rather know (if I have AS and also how the testing will be) than not know.

Oh, they do the usual things: check your blood pH, psychomotor functioning, anal probe...

Just kidding- I have no idea how a diagnosis is achieved for adults. I'm curious myself. Most websites only talk about diagnosing children.

Just remember to wear loose clothing- preferably things with a draw-string waist- and no underwear.

I could be wrong, but I think for the most part, it's observational. They do interview kinds of test as well I believe.
