If so, join a smaller, friendlier community at www.spectrumforums.com
It is a friendly enviornment and support is offered by its staff and members.

That's funny, I thought we were doing that here.

Trying to make your community larger and less friendly I see. :P

No you're f***ing not. Degenerate maggots get a lot more support than some of us do, and I have no f***ing idea why. Selective pricks.

Hi, Ive noticed two things relevant to this.

A) every post Ive seen of yours has included you bitching inappropriately about how people aren't caring enough for you
B) people who help other people get helped themselves

And I must wonder, how much support have you given in your 300+ posts?

I think everyone is extremely friendly here for the most part. (well, maybe a tad less so in PPR, but that's understandable)

I've never been ignored on WP. WP is great; this is one of the places where I'm not being ignored.

I havent been ignored on here yet and have found WP very supportive and informative.
I would also say that there is always room for more than one community where autism and aspergers can be discussed and support offered. Comfort can be found on both sites

People often think they are being ignored when they make statements as posts rather then adding in a question or two to help the conversation along. In general when you agree with a post you don't reply, you only reply when you disagree.. only then adding in your reasons for disagreeing, no? Try asking questions and see if you continue to be ignored.

There have been a large number of smaller boards. I had one myself (created for a quieter atmosphere) until I became ill and was offline for too long (months) and the host shut it down. I was heartbroken at the loss of information we'd gathered. In the end I like this one best. So busy it runs itself. No prompting of conversations. It's tough work running a board!

Your'e not going to get every post answered- and I've had plently comments directed at me and I can't for my life think of how to reply. It doesn't mean that I'm ignoring them or they're ignoring me.

Edit: Although saying that, I've seen that around and I like the way it's designed. I'm thinking about joining. But I need to start posting on the other forums I've joined too, like aspie village and asd uk *blushes*. Little point unless I do start posting (I don't know why, but I have a strange aversion to starting things- and it ain't laziness xDD).

A lot of topics around here are "post your opinion; move along." It is only when someone disagrees or is strongly supporting/interested in your post that people reply.

Once a topic gets moving, many post can have some interesting or useful material to read. I like to collect on all the opinions I can to make a decision on what I should do next in life, for example.

I agree though, more communities that spread REAL aspie and autie awareness is fine by me.
