How many others here have what I call a "List-Watcher" in their lives. Somebody who actually looks at the list of stuff you are supposed to be doing, since we don't ever look at our own lists, and then either rags on us or just breaks down and does stuff for us.

Never had one, never really considered it.

I'd probably benefit from it and resent it at the same time, but maybe it would work if they were extra nice in the way they reminded me about stuff.

My wife will do this, and sometimes mentally add or reorder my priorities. I'm working on her NOT doing this unless I explicitly ask for help. Without boundaries it can create more of a parent-child relationship, which is a serious problem we've had (and it's not entirely dead either). :/ But then she's a domineering control freak. ;) *shrug*

Never really had anyone to do that for me. I am very disorganized tho and could use one!

There are some things I have not dealt with for years. Everything I can do online is pretty easy, but anything involving correspondence or a phone call, forget it.

My parents used to do it, until they realized how much hate I had for them doing it. Now I wish I had someone to do that. Hopefully the person I end up marrying will keep me on track and not mind.

watch out for a co-dependency thing there with the eventual wife. It's a double whammy.

yeah I had my parents, now it's my 2 best friends and they are "Hitlers" in the good sense of the word- just really kicking my butt into doing things that have to be done, like cleaning and paying the bills. if I was left to myself I'd probably end up on the street.

I think a poll would increase the utility of this thread.

I am my own list-watcher. I make my list in the morning and refer to it throughout the day. My teachers who know me well just laugh and say "did you add that your your list?" or "you can check this off your list."

If someone else makes a list for me I can follow it... I can't make the list myself.

I want to try and get a blackberry to see if I can use the schedualling functions to my advantage, plus there are a lot of other AS friendliy functions on there that would help me. An I'm looking for a new phone anyways.

I am my own list watcher too.

My mum just makes fun of me for having one.

I don't have a written list so to speak. But yeah, My mum pretty much does this. This thing is I know I'll get to the things I'm supposed to do sooner or later....okay later. So when she does give up and do it for me I feel guilty for not having done it sooner, and I feel bad that she ends up doing the work.
