School Questions For Wrongplanet's 'Anbuend'

I was told you post here yesterday by a friend.
So fortunate to be able to possibly post with you.
You're a benefit to autism rights all over!

I have a brother with autism, who is about to enter a private (preparatory, "prep") high school for gifted students. We're all kind of worried about some things. But not some other things. Like intellectually he's fine. It's the social & psychological things we're worried about. Plus he'll be kind of far away from home.

Too, he'll be going to Johns Hopkins University Center For Talented Youth this coming summer!! !!
We have the same concerns.
I was very fortunate to hear you went there.
Maybe you have similar things in common with my brother!

My friend said you went to a prep school (The Harker School?) before Johns Hopkins U's CTY.
I was thinking this might be a great opportunity for me to get some first hand advice.

How did it go there?
How old were you?

How did it go at JHU-CTY?

What did you do after JHU-CTY? Did you continue with college?

Any advice for my brother?

It doesn't need to be obscured, you can write out the whole URL

It's not considered spam unless you're just blatantly pushing advertisements into the forum without participating.

Hilo again.
Whoa I noticed me thread got buried down here quite a ways. Wow that's fast with lot of threads here competing! Pretty cool. Anyways just in case Anbuend didn't see it thought I'd try again. Thanks for any help.
I have a bunch of other questions-for-advice too if she has some time.
