are there difficulties receiving phone calls or to do phone calls?
after a phone call I could sleep, but mostly I have to work. in fact I can't work after that and do anything else e.g. staring out of the window. often I don't understand the name of the caller or other important informations.

I don't like to answer the phone unless I know the person on caller ID. I have a cell phone, but never use it.
I also don't like to make phone calls. It's probably an anxiety problem I have.

I don't like to answer the phone unless it's for me.

I've never been good at initiating phone calls. I don't have a problem with answering them, though nobody calls me, and it's sometimes nice to have someone to talk to.

Yes. It's difficult for me to make phonecalls and receive them, so I rarely use phones. Can just about stand it if the person is extremely familiar. It's exhausting still.

Telephones terrified me all the way into my teenage years.
I hated answering the phone, and absolutely dreaded having to call anyone.
Did not really matter whether the person was familiar or not. The level of dread and horror merely increased when I had to make a call regarding official business or something important.
This tendency has obviously caused me a plethora of social setbacks and difficulties. It's hard to function in the adult world with an aversion to speaking on the telephone.

I've worked on this over the years, and memorized a varied list of stock responses to use in conversation so that I can at least get by. I am no longer terrified of the phone. Perhaps just uncomfortable now. :)
