I would encourage all of you to visit the Change.org site and sign or make suggestions on how to change the act. I did have to greatly truncate the proposal for posting. They only allow 2000 characters. I had double that in the original document. I also cannot edit it after someone comments.

EDIT: Please sign this today. I have to have 1800 votes before the end of the day to be continued past today. I didn't realize that before I made the proposal.

Thank you very much. Sadly, I don't think I will get all the votes I need to make it into the "second round." But at least getting the word out is working!
