Not enough information.
What happens when you try to make friends?
What were your middle and high school experiences?
What are your interests? Any unusual interests? Anything that you know everything about that just bores other folks silly?
Don't worry. We won't think any the less of you.
Well, as far as making friends goes, I put a lot of effort into it but most of the time nothing comes of it. (For example lots of people tell me I try to hard.) I'm extremely quiet in a group setting but I'm not shy. I believe that's just other's perception of it.
In Middle School and High School more of the same. I didn't have many friends in high school and was miserable all throughout. People made fun of me. Someone once told me that when I got to college it would all change but still, it was basically a caste system. And little things that a lot of N.T.s would think little of, I thought they were the whole world. In other words I tried to make friends but I never meant to them what they meant to me. One friend said I like you, but I don't have any time for you. That was crushing. I don't think I picked up on the social clues as I should have.
As for interests, I tend to be focused on certain celebs and tend to know everything they're up to. I'm the same way about subjects like Electronics. I can tell you everything thing there is to know about HDTV's. Maybe that makes me a geek too, but I don't care. I enjoy knowing how things work. Also I tend to do things in streaks. Once I get interested in something say a movie or such, I'll watch it several times just to hear certain dialogue etc.
Anyway, that's a little bit more.
Thanks for reading.
