I'm thinking of getting some new sunglasses for indoors because of fluorescent lights, I have sunglasses that are great that I wear when I am outside. But they are to dark for reading, I wear a hat to sheld my eyes from the lights indoors, but glasses would be better.

Anybody similiar to me know any good glasses.

I have my prescription glasses tinted. It's about 50% darkened, so I can see indoors with them on, and they also dampen outdoor light. The optometrist I go to does such for people with autism often.

The photosensitive things don't work? I don't expect that they do but maybe a custom one-off in this direction to provide a little relief in each direction might be possible.

You should get tested for Irlen's Syndrome. Photophobia has a lot to do with that. If you do have it you will get fitted for Irlen lenses, which are coloured glass lenses. You get to choose which colour is right for you.

I just constantly wear my reading glasses, which make everything look softer. But some light still hurts.
