Neurotypical syndrome is sweeping through our nations at an alarming rate. It is characterized by preoccupation with social concerns, delusions of superiority and obsession with conformity. There is no known cure for NTS at the moment however research is under way but is in need of funding.

I talked to a mother who suspected her son had NTS, it was really tragic, she did not know what to do. Because the majority of the time these people who generally have a lower IQ than the rest of society do not develop special skills to give back to the community.

The best cure out there currently is a pill that absorbs seritonin. If you feel that you have any of the following signs in the DSM-π than take this pill immediately.

A delusion that you are telepathic and can read minds
Unessicary imitation of adults. (such as domestic duties)
Obssevive about creating relationships with people who share their diagnosis
Overuse of communication such as facial expression, gesture and spoken language
abnormalities in speech (soch as overcontroled pitch and syrupy melody)
Repetitive language such as (like or whatever)
unable to refrain from initiatiing a conversation

as well as...
inability or lack of understanding of or interest in repetive body movements (such as hand flicking, head banging or complex body movements)
marked oblivion for changes in enviroment (vase is moved from ususal position)
markedly restricted range of interest and a preoccupation with one narrow interest, (interested only in status quo climbing, impressing friends, or in pretending to be smarter or better than they are)

This epidemic must be stopped before it is too late.

Thanks Callista for posting the link, when I saw the OP I thought of that web site. The OP is close to a word for word copy of that site.

I think that jokes such as "cure the neurotypical disease now" need to come with a clear comment to indicate that it is just a bit of satire or a joke. Otherwise some NTs might take offense and think that WP is populated by a bunch of "autism supremacists".

Also in the orignal thread it suggested that to cure NT that a seritonin scavenger would "cure NT", all I think that would do is to produce a depressed NT. Perhapes the OP should think a bit longer and come up with a better way to change a NT into aspie or autie, I would be interested to see any suggestions.

Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.

Other warning symptoms of NT syndrome:
- Inability to think for oneself, need to adhere to group-think
- Extreme insecurity feelings that only subside when administered an illusion of connection to others
- A marked preference for image/illusion/self delusion over reality and truth.
- Over-dependence on the existence of a scapegoat in every group

also
- Long-winded conversational style and an aversion towards straightforward communication
- Emotional instability - feelings are regulated to match those of the people they are with in any given situation.
