What is stress, and how do people recognise it?
A social worker once corrected me because she asked me if I suffer from stress. I said no, but she said that actually I am very stressed. So I asked about it. The response wasn't very clear, given that it was that stress affects different people in different ways. What ways?
I can relax, I don't get frequent headaches, I am rarely off my food...
I just don't see that stress affects me, but it seems that I'm the only one who thinks that. What is it that I'm supposed to feel in order to know it is stress?
I'm not a worrier (nor a warrior
). In fact some say I'm so laid back I'm horizontal. I guess I must have the wrong idea about what stress actually is. Help??
((((hugs))))
