Anyone here have regressions where you "regress" in one or more areas of your life, and you don't really notice it till you hit the bottom and start on the rebound? I then feel like I have to slowly piece my life back together as i regain my skills. Kind of feels like someone blindfolded me and let me loose in a busy parking lot. I noticed that with my most recent "regression", areas were affected were:
severe short term memory issues
long term memory problems
difficulty reading and writing
short attention span
heightened sensory (agrivated sensory issues)
heightened anxiety
lowered ability to deal with frusteration
feeling lost
social isolation
verbal aphasia
head aches
tiredness

Yep. Especially with memory.
It feels like the last 4 years have disappeared from my life.

Yes and no.

My overall abilities generally seem very unstable to me.

I need start help and a bit of training in things I did for ages. But then I quickly regain them.

I'm also an extremely quick learner, but that is necessary to function semi-normally if you like me fail to keep very simple abilities intact when unused.

Maybe not a regression on the whole, but on certain areas. Sometimes my motor skills jump back and I need to really focus on things I normally do without thinking. The same with my behaviour, sometimes I do things I would not dream of doing.

At those times people seem to notice something is wrong with me, and that can be a bit awkward.

And luckily I am a quick learner too, that shortens time to get back to my 'normal' level.

Yes,have always had regressions, but these are mostly to do with learning,as in-forgetting an entire skill,or part forgetting, and having to relearn again.
am wonder if regressions are because the thing thats affected is a weak part to start with so isnt hard to wipe out.
