The opposite of Asperger's

We've had posts before where we've discussed what the opposite of Asperger's might be.

Very likely the answer lies in EQ SQ Theory.

EQ and SQ being Empathy and Systemising Quotients respectively - the EQ and SQ tests being related to, and often taken in conjuction with, the famous Autism Quotient test.

Aspies are skewed very far towards the S type of brain and are low on E. They are Extreme Type S, for the most part. (The low empathy being more like low theory of mind and ability to "put oneself in another's shoes", rather than being low on sympathy.)

So the opposite of Asperger's is probably someone with high empathy (basically, someone very intuitive and with good theory of mind) and low systemising tendency - Extreme Type E.
