I literally want to be the most intelligent person on this planet

i'd think with an IQ like that you'd have just as many difficulties as someone with MR.

I hear ya.

I'd rather be the most enlightened than the most intelligent.

Although my IQ is pretty high as is, I guess it's possible I take it for granted...

I'd rather not be alienated from my friends and family. If you already are, maybe it would be good for you, but I don't think it would bring happiness.

I don't think a very high IQ would be useful without the ability to apply it. Raw processing power doesn't help your computer if you don't have a good operating system.

It's why I'm an underachiever. I almost never perform anywhere near my theoretical maximum.

I want to manipulate objects with my mind and have my own private kingdom called Cathuria where everyone lives in happiness and abundance forever. Also, the soldiers are equipped with guns that fire live sharks.

150 wouldn't be the smartest. SOME claim IQs over 200, though I seriously doubt the two that are perhaps the most vocal about it.

What do you want to do with it, other than know that you are? If it's the latter part, I doubt you'll feel good for long, as something else will probably bother you that you're not the best at in the world. Have a look at Ozy from the movie Watchmen, "The World's Smartest Man", beaten by "The World's Most Undesirable Man" in the end.

You should probably work on your self-consciousness of your intelligence.

I'm self-consciousness of my writing/verbal ability, and all it leads to is negative thoughts that do nothing, for it distracts my mind from the things it wants to do, and can do.

When I was diagnosed (at first they thought I was stupid) and it was guessed by the people testing me I had an IQ of between 145-160
being really smart isn't the best thing in the world-its only now I am pulling myself together (publishing my works, seriously recording my album, passing high school, getting friends, getting a good job so i can save real money)
I am basically a janitor (with a better title lol) well janitor to be
intelligence had little do to with my life-common sense and a great imagination did (and being an okay guy lol)

With intelligence of that magnitude, you could literally bring the world to your knees.

A bullet doesn't care how smart you are.

A person with that intelligence could devise devastating nuclear weapons and have the ability to engineer pathogens that are not only contagious but extremely deadly with a short duration.

Nuclear weapons can go as far as they can go; there's no theoretical upper-limit to a fission-fusion-fission device. You just need the materials to make a humanity killer, and if humanity all got together to do such, they could make one.

People have already created pathogens that are 100% lethal with a long incubation period in controlled situations.

Your genius with an 250 IQ walks down the street, trips and falls on his head -- dead.

1. IQ does NOT ensure such an ability!
2. Such weapons COULD be engineered by someone not NEARLY as bright!
3. They HAVE been designed by dumber people.
4. The information is FREELY available.

BESIDES, nuclear weapons could hurt the designer! Pathogens may as well, and require some method to avoid it.

Have you seen the principle of an atomic bomb? It is downright SIMPLISTIC! They created 2 methods to do it, and hoped ONE would work. They BOTH did.

A lot of gas weapons and even bacterial are simplistic. As for virus, some claim that AIDS was such an attempt.
