Even the name of this site "wrongplanet" makes you feel like a weirdo, like you don't belong with the rest of the world.

When my LITTLE brothers and sister got really mad at me they would say something like "oh he's just handicap". If I tried to ignore it, they would taunt me but if I told my parents then "they win" I got mad and gave in. Stress is a huge contributing factor to the symptoms of Aspergers because constant stress fatigues the adrenals.

Diagnosing autism is more of an art than a science, there's a list of behaviors and if the person testing them thinks they follow those behaviors then they get the label. If your adrenals are burnt out during the time of testing, your more likely to receive the label. which resulted in the diagnoses, the next required test [every 3 years] the psychologist will use the previous diagnoses along with information from the parent to easily override questionable test results.

The things you focus on are what makes up your reality. If you keep telling yourself this is the wrong planet for you, you don't belong with normal kids, you need special assistance - & you aren't going to live a normal life well that's exactly what's going to happen. That's also just one part of it though.

I read somewhere a parent asking on a forum if a child with ASD would be able to learn how to skateboard, every1's response was no, because skateboarding is harder than it looks & they won't have the proper balance. Most kids would do anything to prove their parents wrong but kids with aspergers are programmed to accept & embrace that there are certain things they aren't able to do.
____________

Autism: My Reality
Autistic kids hold onto metals found in their diet way more than average people. This causes a myriad of other issues stemming from the unnaturally high amount of metals we get these days. Mercury is the one causing the most damage and it's used in many processed foods, value-brand supplements, preservatives in vaccines & dental fillings, and larger fish.

Symptoms of Mercury Poisoning:
1. Psychological disturbances
Angry fits, short term memory loss, low self esteem, inability to sleep, loss of self-control, sleepiness. Loss of an ability to learn new things, doing things by rote.
2. Oral Cavity problems
Inflammation of the mouth, loss of bone around teeth, ulcerated gums and other areas in the mouth, loose teeth, darkening of gums, taste of metal, bleeding of gums.
3. Digestive tract problems
Cramps, inflamed colon, GI problems, Diarrhea and other digestive problems.
4. Cardiovascular problems
Weak pulse, blood pressure changes, chest pain, or feeling of pressure in the chest area.
5. Respiratory problems
Weakness and problems with breathing, Emphysema, Coughing persistently.
6 Neurological Problems
Headaches, vertigo, tinnitus (ear-buzzing), shaking in various areas of the body (eye lids, feet etc)

I suggest watching more of this guys videos because his diet will make you feel amazing & full of energy. The healthiest cultures eat 99%+ plant matter. If you look through many of his videos, he has knowledge about every plant he eats and the benefits from it which is fun & interesting to learn!

Important factors with diet IMO:
- No fish over 1 foot in length (mercury)
- No sugar, fungus like Candida, Aspergillus, yeast, etc thrive on Sugar.
- No High Fructose Corn Syrup

- No Dairy (for several reasons) also No Spinach - both opiate peptides often cause irritability.
- No tap water, reverse osmosis or distilled water is good.
- No coffee which stresses the adrenals.
- No Soy products (flavored with Aspergillus)
- No fermented products [vinegar & alcohol] - Fungus thrive on these.

I Suggest You Also Do The Following:
- No products containing MSG or sulphites
- No nightshades unless you grow them yourself (potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, & TOBACCO)... it's fairly common for "nightshade allergy" & "aspergers" to go hand in hand if you want to learn more about this send me a message.

Also, heres a video that makes sugar look really bad... called "Sugar: The Bitter Truth"

The short explanation of my views on Autism:
Autistic kids are just more "magnetic" than most people so basically the damage done by the unnaturally high amount of metal we put in our bodies these days affects them stronger than average people... but it affects everyone negatively.

I suggest going on this guys diet, mostly fruit/veggies. After all the healthiest cultures eat 99%+ plant matter.

Sources of scientific studies backing up these statements please.

What's wrong with metals? Essential to human life are:

Iron
Zinc
Copper
Manganese
Chromium

I don't even get what you are on about when you talk about people being "magnetic". You do realise that not all metals are ferromagnetic don't you? Or that any magnetic field in your body is inconsequential compared the the field generated by the iron sphere thousands of miles beneath your feet?

Mercury could be good for you in a very very very small amount even, it could make you unique... I just believe that the amount of mercury we're getting now is way to much.

Magnetic is just the best way to word what I'm trying to say... autistic kids don't excrete mercury properly.

Also I can't get to detailed into the theory I believe in because people aren't ready for that they would dismiss everything else I said.

EDIT: I'm obviously not a troll; then again maybe you are the troll, trying to get me to react badly or whatever. I'm trying to spread information. I require no credit whatsoever for anything I might unearth I just want the word out.

(This must be what they mean by a "blood bath"!)

Wilful misunderstanding. Obviously the name refers to being alienated from the rest of the human race, not from the planet itself. You're saying that the rest of the human race is perfect for you? If so, how nice for you. But I suspect you don't know what you mean.
Rasta wrote:
& i don't want to be alienated thank you very much.

You get a choice as to whether to be alienated or not? Again, if so, how nice for you.

I like to call Autism the "im special" syndrome the kids are grown up with either inflated egos thinking they are going to become the next Einstein or they are told they have a problem which makes them unable to be normal - or both.

Yet you clearly say you are diagnosed with AS yourself? So you are saying you either have an inflated ego or you have been told you are unable to be normal, and in either case you think you're special?

You seem very angry. Anger is not a sin, whatever they say. (I get angry too, and should probably be able to get a lot angrier, instead of getting depressed.) You may well have a lot to be angry about. But you don't seem clear about who you're angry at, or why. Care to explain?

I'm not angry at any person, just the system... & I see that most people with Aspergers think their problems are like 10x worse than they really are. I mean it's hard when you don't have as much energy as everyone else, but stressing out about it just makes it worse. You put your adrenals in a worse state.

Also I'm surprised of the deliberate lack of common sense. I don't even understand fully what Ego is, I just use that term for people who think they are better than everyone else. In fact I believe that everyone is god, because god is in the breath. It's a meditation understanding that I learned, but there I go off with this crazy voodoo s**t again lol :P.

I always get a sniff of "troll" when somebody sounds off about "everybody" or even "most people" on a forum. Do you have any specific objection to any specific thing which any specific person has written? If so, say what.

When I say most people, I mean all the kids I grew up with who had Aspergers... they scared me. Honestly, one of them threw a salamander at the wall & it like exploded I felt so bad.

Sorry if I word things off, not meaning to diss anyone specifically... just ranting about the system you know. I'm not going to judge anyone if they are black, white, diagnosed with aspergers, or schizophrenia, blue eyes or brown eyes.

I also spent a bit of time on AspiesForFreedom and they are like obsessed with "the right to be different" and im just like WTF is the system turning them into. I get weird vibes here like the system is meant to fail purposefully.

LOL @ the demented alien picture... what a logo. It makes me want to come back to this site, definitely. I thought aliens were supposed to look bad-ass anyways c'mon? ^.^

By the way, I live in BC & we have a huge ASD population here because the government supports them very well. I've found out recently that two friends have ASD and I had no idea, they both have inflated Egos... they are still my equals. Both way more powerful and intelligent than me but I can see the system has probably had an affect on them. I also have met some really cool people with ASD like my homeless buddy he kinda looks like jesus, & he's really chill a good friend.

He may be trolling unconsciously. I've seen people do it and not even know that everything coming out of their mouth was simultaneously insulting/offensive and wrong.

But yes, I would agree that this thread is a troll thread. It lacks a point, is insulting, conveys unsupported radical claims, etc.

That makes sense. Have you written about your experiences growing up? (I mean, written here - I haven't looked at your posting history, I'm just reacting, perhaps a bit too quickly, to this rather attention-grabbing thread.) Those experiences sound unusual and frightening, and it's no wonder you're angry about the "system" that produced them.

Rasta wrote:

Sorry, I don't understand. (About this place, I mean - I've heard of AFF, but am not familiar with it.)

(By the way, I feel very similarly about the mental health "system", in particular two so-called "therapeutic communities" I had the misfortune to live in in 1984-6 and 1986-8. But that's a story I'm nowhere near ready to tell yet, and in any case it is quite tangential to the whole matter of AS/HFA, etc. But it already makes me more angry than I can possibly say, and I haven't yet even begun to get as angry as I should get about it! So in a very broad sort of way, I can sort of imagine where you're coming from.)
