many people with AS have coordination problems. At what point is it bad enough for dyspraxia?

I'm guessing it's probably either "when it stops you from doing what you are expected to do" or "the bottom X percentile on a standardized dexterity test".

I was labeled as having it despite I could ride a bike, tie my shoes, button buttons, and do PE but I just wasn't very well coordinated, I bumped into things, couldn't stand on one foot very well, my throwing was bad. One therapist wrote mine was mild to moderate. I would say mild.
