Thanks to your wikipedia link, I now know what it is.

And no, it doesn't interest me. I find it very strange that there are people it does interest. What is the appeal?

No interest whatsoever. Too much pop culture that I dont get, and too much ugly visual stimulation.

Just last Summer, there was a banner that was hung up along the top of my local 7-11 that read, "I'm havin' an Eatwave!" I was very offended. Do I really have to explain why?

Well it would help, cos it seems like a harmless advertisement to me...

As for YTMND, its interesting because its quick, funny and stupid. And people will make some ytmnds based off other ones so its sort of fascinating to check the site every so often to see how someone made a YTMND that was based on someone else's

That'll do me. Of all the things with a call on my time and interest...

...my collection of WW2 Punch magazines rates much higher, for starters.

(they also have social observation and comment, overt and unintended, but with so much more depth, wit and humour)

the concept in general doesnt interest me but some of them are amusing to me. But im not patient enough to go through ten thousand of them to find my favorites. I consider it kind of a cute, but uninteresting disply of art and community, like an eye-catcher.

I sort of consider those sites to be the web design equivalent of a 5 year old's Crayola drawing. Sometimes they're mildly amusing though, and on rare occasions they can be extremely addictive if they are looping a sound file that gets me obsessed.

Yes, please. Does it have something to do with the "h" being dropped, as is also the case with some British dialects? If so, I still don't get how that's offensive..
