1. Obsessional orientation to everything (interests or not)
2. Executive dysfunction
3. Social deficits, including communication
4. Stimming (Sound/other sensitivity)

I personally do not think my stimming is that obviously bizarre but my sensitivity sure is, and I'm pretty sure stimming is related to sensation, so I would prefer the second label than the first.

In a top-ten fashion:
1. Inability to multitask (pervasive!!)
2. Obsessional orientation
3. Self-centredness
4. Verbal expression of thought
5. Difficulty with change in routine
6. Auditory processing
7. Obsessional interests
8. Staying on topic, or shared attention
9. Making friends, or social routines
10. Low sound/light/heat tolerance

This is actually really hard to do and it is not quite accurate because of the relative "prominence" is not necessarily obvious, such as multitasking or auditory processing - i might feel it keenly but no one else might have any idea it is happening. In fact multitasking is such a huge deal in my life that I have become obsessive about needing to be organised - so somehow my classmate thinks I am this superorganised supermultitasking person when actually I am struggling to keep up and falling apart!!

This was really hard for me :o ! Many of my issues are equal in value or need a lot of detail to explain, sorry . Explanations in ()'s next to #'d issue:

1. Mumbler (talk 2 self as a calming mechanism & preparatory method 4 things, most noticeable at home/ don't do in public)
2. Stuck in my head (always thinking, daydreaming, songs won't shut off in my head/annoying etc.)
3. Detail Oriented (you see)
3. Socially Awkward (can't start, follow, or stay in conversations timing wise/when to speak well, unless I am comfortable w/ the group I'm w/)
4. Obsessive interests (slinky shrine, tin foil ball, sniffing things like shoes, feet, my brother, picking things off those I care for/I'm like a monkey in this regard (only way I can show affection w/o being in pain)& noting facial imperfections/hygiene - This I know is REALLY weird !
5. Sensory issues (senses can shut on & off randomly/highly inconvenient/includes loss of body awareness & feeling in certain body parts when nervous/panic attacks/try being is HS  w/ this 8O/not good!/don't like certain fabrics, sounds, fluorescents, "tunnel vision" etc.) + little/no sense of temp. outside body
6. Eye Contact issues (Should looking into people's eyes burn?)
7. Literal thinker (have to ask about/learn sarcasm w/ each new person I meet/start over w/ each new person/exhausting after awhile)
8. Lack of sense of appropriate dress/behavior (dress badly/too little or few clothes, etc./can't figure out whom to show respect, etc.)
9. Can't read expression, intensions, etc. :(
10. Knowing when to speak

p.s. sorry so long & detailed (warned you b4) + #'s 3-9 about equal for me

1.) Need for extreme focus / order in my life - I can't deal with my life any other way. I can't handle having too many "open ends" and not being able to commit to a single goal at a time. I'm the exact opposite of a spontaneous, fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants type of person. I have to have everything planned ahead. There's no end to the anxiety and depression this causes me.

2.) Inertia - I have trouble getting started on things but then once I get into something I can't quit. Too many transitions in the day kills my inner drive and makes me depressed.

3.) Socially Awkward - I suck at small talk. I'm not ever able to spontaneously come up with things to say. I have to think everything out before I say it.

Hmm... I'm not able to think of 10 symptoms right now. I'll complete this later.

I'm assuming this is "objective", rather than subjective:

1. Social interaction and communication in person; I totally suck
2. Need for routines to function; no routine, and I can't function
3. Repetitive behaviours; I can't focus on anything but that one thing
4. Overwhelming anxiety; who knows where change can come from and unpredictability is everywhere
5. Sensory Integration Disorder (visual, auditory, tactile, etcetera)
6. Lack of drive
7. Depression, I guess

That's about it.
