I am 19 yrs old and I have autism. I also have the rare synesthesia. I taste numbers and smell words. Prime numbers for me are bitter. And some simple thoughts while eating taste sour, and I feel like gagging! Anyone else have this besides my beloved Daniel Tammet?

I have very mild synesthesia. Feeling and tasting colours. My sister can taste food from simple thoughts. I've got this teacher who claims he is dyslexic (more like undiagnosed aspie) and he can hear sound in shapes and all that. His synesthesia is very strong.
I'm jealous, I'd love to be able to do that.

You know you could have an excellent career with a very well paying job if you can detect very large bittertasting prime numbers...
