I want a cure. It should be optional. Those who don't want it shouldn't have to have it.

This is a nice idea, but it can't be that simple. By an older age, habits will have set in and curing autism will probably do little to change social habits. Therefore, people would likely have to be cured at a young age, before they have enough judgment to decide for themselves whether they would want to be cured.

If only governments and stuff would see it like that too. But really, it would be kind of idiotic, financially speaking, to offer expensive treatments to people who need them once who could suddenly just be cured and that's it.
