Big picture and minor detailed oriented
I have found that when people set aside their differences and work on their strengths as a team, the two work out good.
For example, when it comes to moving, I can pack boxes well and stay focused. The bigger picture people hate packing boxes so that is my job. When it comes to the actual moving part, I get in everyone's way because I'm slow and get disoriented. If there were things left that were minor objects I deal with that and clean up the debris.
When it comes to unpacking, I will help move the boxes and unpack. The bigger picture people will deal with the majority of the placement of big objects. When the big objects are out of the way, they feel disoriented with unpacking and placement of small objects.
When it comes to cleaning the patio, the big picture people will grab a hose and water down everything. Meanwhile if it were just me, I would get some cleaning agents and scrub all the little tiles but have learned the big picture approach works just as well and quicker. So I've learned to incorporate both. So first I use the big picture approach and then afterwards if needed will detail.
