Interesting article, thanks. Looks like it may be related to the horribly confusing tax years in England too. 5th April is a pain in the rear for me, especially living in France which has tax year ending 31st December. Makes tax returns much more complex.

The thing is, the Eleven Day Empire can't be breached by the Time Lords, and the only other times were either by accident, or by the misguided fools of the Star Chamber.

Bugger. Anyway, as I was saying, what the Faction call the loa are all the principles of space and time. You can't just turn them into mice. But, it's too late now. You've buggered up all creation, and I hope you're satisfied.
