I wish I could be a famous singer by recording/radio only, without gigs or concerts or promotion.

Granted. Good tasting healthy foods have become so cheap! Only you make equal costs because reaching the quantity of the DRI is equally gone with costs - Yummy but it doesn't fill you're tummy .

I wish a 10 meters heigh ice sculpture of the Eiffel Tower in my backyard.

Granted; but the next few days will be unseasonably warm, leaving you with a ten-foot-deep puddle in the middle of your yard.

Granted. Your chiropractor is busy but has an assistant who falls in for your chiropractor. His colleges call him Hospital Joe, apparently this has nothing to do with his hospitality you soon discover - a dislocated shoulder, a whiplash and snapped Achilles tendons. You are still wondering -- how did he do that?

I wish some Fava Beans and Chianti that go with the liver I prepared.

I don't know about the fava beans, but yes, that chianti will do a number on your liver. Careful!

I wish I thought I would be compatible with the nice, attractive, intelligent, apparently sane, gainfully employed young man I met yesterday who seemed so taken with me. (but I don't want kids and he apparently does)

Granted. But the doughnuts and ice cream are delivered all at once. The doughnuts squash your home, and the ice cream floods the streets, which causes your neighbors to sue you (when they're not busy nibbling on stray doughnuts).
