Not sure I like the sound of either. I only eat hard, crumbly stuff like Cheshire or Lancashire.

The hard crumbly stuff is my favorite. We have some hard, crumbly cheddar cheeses here, some of which are from your neck of the woods, I believe.

Espresso. Although, I drink my espresso with cream, so, perhaps, Latte, as well. : )

We definitely don't have the $100,000 bars over here, but it sounds a bit like our 'Toffee Crisp'. Anyway - Mars Bar!
