The Disturbing Mental Image Game

It's quite simple, actually; you try to come up with a mental picture more disturbing than the one described in the previous post.

Let's start. Edward Norton in drag speaking in falsetto.

You wake up slowly, groggy and drugged to realize you're tied to a chair with some solid object embedded where it shouldn't be. As you shift in the seat to try and dislodge it, it begins to move and you realize it's some sort of enormous spiny caterpillar-like creature making its way up into your colon. Your eyes snap open and your back goes rigid, as you find that your head has been forcibly restrained as well. A hideous old crone whose breath smells of decomp, covered in warts and scaly lesions leans into your face and picking gooey green boogers from her nose with a pinky nail, begins forcing them between your lips.
