I don't understand the purpose of this thread. Unless you think hate is a game.

Oh no- grade school flashback time.

Is it one of those novel team building exercises, described in the article below? I've seen it, and I think it's another guise for bullying. Of course, to be able to counter the insults, can sometimes be empowering, depending on your mental strength, the situation and circumstances. Personally, it's not something I would advise, but that I'm very good at doing.

I probably should have suggested garlic, ginger, green chili, etc. as being good sources of certain vitamins. (I'm not a nutrition science major so I wouldn't know.)
