Uhm, I think I have to pick black widow.

I rather just lose my whole arm to the shark.

Plane crash, I think. More likely to end it quickly. But on the other hand a car crash needn't be severe... Plane crash if deadly, car crash if it's just a slight accident.

As wonderful as those both sound, I think I'll choose the piranhas.

Aww but then you miss out on 30 sec or so of being able to look back on yourself. And if you could get someone to throw your head, apparently you'd experience flying before dying.

Cheetahs. The only big cats that can be tamed at any age and who treat their human masters the way dogs do.
