When your sinuses are clogged, clear them out with by jabbing a really hot needle into them to relieve the pressure.

(I'm battling a cold right now and this is very tempting)

If you're a surgeon, always describe your worst cases in graphic detail when people are eating. Especially if they're eating things like pasta with tomato sauce and ground beef.
