AAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! Trying to cancel my phone service. Have to do it over the phone, can't do it online, their phone system sucks, keep getting transferred around, the last guy to put me on hold says his dept is just getting trained and he can't help me.
I JUST GOT DISCONNECTED AGAIN! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! !
