Seahawks scored again. 31-21.

The Bears are from Chicago, are they not?

I remember that snippet from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, one of my favourite movies.

Yep. Their best season was 1985-1986, but I wasn't even born when that happened.

Have they been going downhill ever since, or are they still pretty good but just not been able to equal an exceptional season all those years ago?

(my knowledge of the game is minimal. They look so uncomfortable in those shoulder pads that look as if they were designed for bouncing in outer space).

Never been the same since. They got to the Super Bowl last decade, but lost. They were pretty bad this year.

Nice effort, but fell short. 31-24. So close. Sorry, Johnny.

Actually, I would rather watch Quidditch.

Look who's talking!

Ghosts are scary, even when doing nothing frightening!

Not always. Would you say Casper is scary?

Could Quidditch be described as a form of sky hockey?

Dear Sylkat: You would feel quite at home having Kyle sweeping majestically through your living room wall.

What would you offer as refreshment?

Hmm. . . what can a ghost offer for refreshment that a living human can have? :chin:

It was quite a year, and a heckuva run these past three have been. Life goes on for me, and I know they'll be back again next year. :D

At least the Bears got to beat the Packers in Green Bay on Thanksgiving.

My SN is meant to be interpreted as "From Equestria to Los Angeles"; Equestria is from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (which I still like, but not as much as when I joined and came up with the name) and Los Angeles, which actually exists.

Good thing my username still works for me as much as it did in 2008.
