Granted. You have 5 minutes peace and quiet followed by a month of noisy, 24h roadworks outside your home.

I wish I didn't have to go to the dentist today :(

Granted, but today you will get into a accident and you will be carried by the ambulance to the hospital.

Granted. The quality of your collage course deteriorates, making classes shorter but a huge waste of money.

Granted. you are now alone in a deep cavern without any light or food or water and it is very hot.

I wish I had not eaten my crackers so fast so I would have some for the rest of the week.

Granted. Everyone can read in Klingon at a collage level, but it doesn't matter much because nothing is written in Klingon.
